  •  Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Customers also have the option to personally collect or hand over items at our designated location.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. After-Sales Services

After-sales services are as per our After-Sales Service Policy, including claim of warranty, repairs, and customer services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sounds.lk is not responsible for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Site.
Delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of god, or technical failures
