Return Policy

 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Headphones, earphones, or in-ear devices that have been opened or used for hygienic reasons. 
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. 
  • Gift cards or promotional items.  

 3. Return Process

In order to return an item:

  2. Pack the Item: Pack the item well to prevent damage during shipment. Include all original accessories and the receipt.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to our return address provided by the support team. Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to defective or incorrect item or you can personally hand over or collect your items from us at our designated address

 4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 after receipt and verification of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made through the same channel as the original payment.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, including defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • If you want to replace a product, reach out to our support team for confirmation of product availability.
  • Exchanges work the same way as returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos or videos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
